Today, we're ditching our passports and embarking on a delicious journey across the Americas, all on a bed of Stockan's Oatcakes! Our delicious oatcakes are made on the Orkney Islands, off the northeast coast of Scotland. However let’s travel far and wide, bringing new food combinations and flavours that have inspired us, to embrace the unique and flavourful tastes of the world.


First up in this worldwide adventure: From the smoky flavours of the South to the zesty spices of the North, get ready to tantalise your taste buds with a taste of the Americas, one delicious oatcake at a time!

The Caribbean Calypso

  • Base: Mini Cheese Oatcakes
  • Spread: Mango chutney (for a sweet and tangy base)
  • Toppings: Jerk chicken or tofu (shredded and seasoned with jerk spices), a sprinkle of chopped pineapple, and a dollop of Greek yoghurt for a cooling touch

A Southwestern Fiesta

  • Base: Orkney Heritage Spelt Wheat, Herb & Pepper Oatcakes
  • Spread: Guacamole
  • Toppings: Black beans, crumbled queso fresco (feta makes a great substitute), corn salsa, a dollop of sour cream (vegan option available), and a sprinkle of chopped fresh coriander

Argentinian Chimichurri Delight

  • Base: Stockan's Thin Oatcakes
  • Spread: Chimichurri sauce (a vibrant Argentinian herb sauce)
